Payment is due upfront. For larger pieces, this can be a 50% charge for the sketch phase, but the rest of the payment is due before coloring the piece begins.Refund
A refund may be asked for after the sketch phase of a commission. This will total 50% of the commission cost. After the piece has been given the go-ahead to be completed, no refunds will be given.NFT Policy
You may not use the commissioned artwork to mint an NFT. I, the artist, will also never mint any commissioned piece as an NFT.Art for Commercial Use
The prices on this menu do not reflect the prices used for commercial use (ie, a for-profit YouTube channel, a t-shirt idea, a poster for an event, etc.) Art acquired through this site is for personal use only.Artwork Usage by Artist
I retain the right to display the works made by commission to promote as commission samples or portfolio images.Complexity Fees
Additional charges may be added for complicated character designs, props and vehicles. These will always be negotiated before payment. Common complex items include tactical gear, guns, complicated and detailed fantasy armor, wings, and detailed character markings or tattoos. If a complicated character element has no reference image and I will have to design an outfit, prop, or vehicle, an additional charge may also be added for the time spent on the design aspect.NSFW Fees
NSFW/Fetish pieces will incur a 25% of total piece's cost as an extra charge. I have the right to turn down any idea that makes me uncomfortable.
I WILL NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE CREATE ART OF ANY CHILD CHARACTER IN AN NSFW SITUATION. DO. NOT. ASK.
If your character design looks young, I will turn down your piece.Edits
Edits may be made during the sketch phase of the commission. You may also request small edits later on if I miss a detail of a character design or prop (ie. wrong eye color) Edits that will change the complexity of the piece may incur an additional fee. Excessive edits (over 2 during the sketch phase) will incur an additional fee of 5 USD per edit to be paid before edit is performed.Time
You can check progress of your commission on my Trello board. Be aware that I do work full time in addition to commissions, but commissions in general will never take longer than one month for a small piece and three months for a very large and complicated piece.Full Resolution Files
Previews of the images over Twitter DM or discord will be compressed. Full resolution images will be sent over an email once the piece is completed. The full resolution image will include a non-obtrusive signature that is not to be removed. Full-resolution images are generally around 2000px across, though some will reach 5000 or more. All files will always be at a print-ready resolution.
